As a natural leader, I find the most inspiring part of my job is watching team members transform: from hesitant to confident, from learning to leading, from quiet to fully booked. That kind of growth is what motivates me every day.

I believe in hard work, curiosity, and collaboration. My best advice to anyone joining my team is simple: work hard, learn everything you can, and pay attention to how everyone does things differently—that diversity of approach is what makes a team strong.

While I’m known for my professionalism and focus, I bring plenty of personality to the table. A Scorpio at heart, I balance intensity with warmth (in another life, I swear I was a golden retriever). I’m fueled by vanilla iced coffee, sweet treats, and the glow of a Christmas tree with family nearby. Outside of work, I devour romance novels, love dogs, and admire working moms deeply—because being one has shown me firsthand the strength it takes.

If I had a superpower, it would be listening closely and engaging with whoever is in front of me—whether it’s a client, a colleague, or my own growing little one. Above all, I strive to be “Happy,” even if some days, with a baby in tow, I lean a little more toward “Sleepy.”
