Brit is a natural-born leader with a heart as big as her ambition. Bold yet nurturing, fierce yet full of heart. A true Leo, she thrives on mentoring and lifting others up, finding her greatest inspiration in helping team members grow in skill and confidence. She believes deeply in the power of women empowering women. The most rewarding part of her work—and life as a Mum—is guiding, nurturing, and watching others flourish.

In another life, Brit is certain she was a King—organized, strong, and fiercely protective of her people. Today, she channels that energy as the “Doc” of any team: steady, wise, and always ready to support, teach, and inspire. Her advice? It’s okay to feel brave and terrified at the same time—nothing changes if nothing changes. She encourages others to pursue work that sets their soul on fire while embracing the balance of fear and courage.

Outside of work, Brit enjoys quiet moments with comfort movies like Fast & Furious or anything Marvel, true crime docs, the glow of a Christmas tree and all things pink. When not chasing after her 3 kids, Brit is always organizing like Marie Kondo or quoting TikTok sounds. If she had a superhero power, it would be “super ears” hearing what she wants to, and what she doesn't want to, but her real superpower is empowering women with fire, compassion, and authenticity.
