Born in 2021 during the whirlwind of the pandemic, Copper Penny started as a small dream shared by veteran hairstylist Vanessa and a team of three. What began as the goal of opening a salon quickly turned into something even bigger — a thriving, collaborative community built on creativity, mentorship, and connection.
Our story took a turn we didn’t expect — in the best way possible. Building a team that clicked so naturally changed everything. At Copper Penny, our stylists lift each other up — sharing color formulas, refining techniques, lending a hand, and celebrating every win together. That spirit of teamwork continues to shape who we are today.

Now home to seven talented hairstylists and two stellar hair apprentices, Copper Penny has become a space where artistry and growth go hand in hand. We deliver next-level transformations while nurturing the next generation of stylists — offering guidance, support, and real opportunities to grow.
