Our Mission
Born in 2021 during the whirlwind of the pandemic, Copper Penny started as a small dream shared by veteran hairstylist Vanessa and a team of three. What began as the goal of opening a salon quickly turned into something even bigger — a thriving, collaborative community built on creativity, mentorship, and connection.

Our story took a turn we didn’t expect — in the best way possible. Building a team that clicked so naturally changed everything. At Copper Penny, our stylists lift each other up — sharing color formulas, refining techniques, lending a hand, and celebrating every win together. That spirit of teamwork continues to shape who we are today.​​​​​​

Now home to nine talented hairstylists, two estheticians, a nail tech, and a stellar receptionist, Copper Penny has become a space where artistry and growth go hand in hand.
