Helen brings a calm, welcoming energy to every service, creating the perfect mix of relaxation and fun for her clients. She loves connecting with people, hearing their stories, and helping them feel confident and cared for — one manicure or pedicure at a time.

After a busy day in the salon, you’ll usually find her grabbing fries and a Coke from McDonald’s for the drive home, listening to a murder mystery podcast or belting out 2000s hits. On her way to work, she just might stop and pick up her go-to Starbucks order; a pink drink with sweet cream cold foam — a treat as cheerful as she is.

Helen believes in treating people exactly how you want to be treated — advice she’s carried since childhood and now lives by every day. Her coworkers know her for saying “my dear” more than she realizes, her love for both cats and dogs, and her bright, happy personality that instantly puts others at ease.

If she wasn’t a nail tech, Helen would probably be working with kids as a teacher or education assistant — her caring, patient nature makes that easy to imagine. Her favourite colour is yellow, her sweet tooth is unbeatable, and if she were one of the seven dwarfs, she’d definitely be Sleepy (catching up on rest is her love language).
